We fill pillows and bolsters with pure, specially fluffed new wool; when new, they will be rather firm. You can change the firmness by removing or adding flocks of wool. If you think that the filling is starting to become matted: open the zip, take out the filling, fluff the wool and lay it in the sun. This will make the cushion (or bolster) soft and fluffy again. The covers are made of natural cotton ticking and are washable.
