Please air your Villgrater Natur product thoroughly after unpacking it. This will fluff it up.

Pillows, bolsters

When you buy our pillows, cushions and bolsters, they will tend to be firm. Naturally, you can remove a little of the wool if the pillow or bolster is too firm for your liking. If you think that the filling is starting to become matted: open the zip, take out the filling and pull the wool gently to fluff it up. This will make the pillow (or bolster) soft and fluffy again. From time to time, air the wool in the sun for a few hours. This will regenerate the wool fibres and increase the volume.

Duvets, sheep's wool and lavender underblankets

Air regularly on your balcony or windowsill, if possible when the sun is shining. The wool will then clean itself.

Mattresses and futons

Turn the mattress or futon every 14 days so that the surface stays even and the user’s weight is not always in the same area. When possible, put out to air. This fluffs up the wool fleece and makes it soft again. The cover is made of linen-cotton gradl and can be washed at 30°C.
